COURSE FEES
A course of ten Curvenetics sessions that includes body exercises, facial exercises, weight loss programme and nutritional advice is only £100. And don’t forget if you want to give yourself a special treat: Curvenetics one-to-one facial exercise sessions are £50 for a full half hour session with Tracy.

JOINING UP
You pay for your course the first time you come along and you start there and then. Payment must be by cheque with a cheque card or cash.
Wear something comfortable but not too baggy such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Don’t wear trainers – wear jazz shoes or ballet shoes or you can do it in socks or bare feet. If you want to bring a towel or mat to lay on that’s fine – or you can do it straight on the floor.

SHAPE UP AND FEEL GREAT….
The Curvenetics course focuses on the needs of people with stressed high pressure lifestyles wanting to optimise the way they look and feel. It’s all about new better ways to relax, de-stress and to shape up more effectively and quickly.
There is new course information on how to energise yourself not just through Curvenetics exercises but also lifestyle changes in how and what you eat. The course also focuses on food and exercise combinations to help you sleep better – be more relaxed – and happier in spirit.
Vegetarian nutrition and dietary advice is also available
Each week for the ten week course you will be receiving easy-to-put -into-action information sheets that progressively aims to improve your well-being. There will also be individualised recommendations to suit you personally. There will be an optional goal questionnaire for you to complete if you wish and you will be given a recommended schedule on how to achieve it.
At the core of the course is the regular once-a week Curvenetics Exercise Class that has been successful for 34 years. Free personal exercise, nutrition and weight-loss assessment.
